Directions to fill out, print and submit rental application:

1. Right click on the Rental Application Button above, and select "Save link as..." or "Download Linked File As..."
2. Save the HP_Rentals_Application.pdf file to your desktop or other known location
3. Open the HP_Rentals_Application.pdf file using Adobe Acrobat Reader
4. Complete the rental application by filling in each highlighted field
5. Once completed, save the completed form by pressing the save button on the toolbar
6. To print a copy of the completed form, press the print button at the bottom of the 2nd page.
7. To submit the completed form, press the submit button on the bottom of the 2nd page, this will attach the completed form to a new email through your default e-mail program addressed to hprentals@ymail.com. Please add "Rental Application" to the subject line.
